Hey girls. So we had roundup this past weekend and it was FABULOUS! We heard from Jane Francis, a 5-Diamond from Toledo, Ohio. Here are the notes from that training. (It was four hours so there are LOTS of notes! I tried to simplify :) THIS BUSINESS WORKS This business works when... YOU WORK - the most important thing about this business is inconsistency. BE CONSISTENT. You CANNOT grow a business if you are not consistent. This business works when... YOU HAVE A STRONG PURPOSE - You must know your REASON for being in Premier. - Know PREMIER's purpose. - Know your downlines' purpose. This business works when... YOU GOAL SET - You cannot just sit back and wait for this business to happen. HAVE SPECIFIC GOALS. This business works when... YOU SACRIFICE SOME THINGS - Time, energy, etc This business works when... YOU GET OUT OF YOU AND INTO OTHERS - We are supposed to be about enriching lives. Are you making your homeshows ALL ABOUT your hostess and guests? This business works when... YOU GO TO **ALL** TRAININGS AND RALLIES - Jane actually said: "I have NEVER seen a huge success story of someone who DOESNT go to trainings and rallies. You NEED to be at trainings and rallies! - Knoxville girls: the next Knoxville training is Small Group trainings on May 16. - EVERYBODY should be doing everything they can to register for NATIONAL RALLY in July. I PROMISE it will CHANGE YOUR BUSINESS. [Remember the part about sacrificing!] This business works when... YOU BELIEVE YOU CAN DO IT - If you believe you can, you're right. If you believe you can't, you're right! - Girls, from the bottom of my heart, I KNOW you can do this business! YOU CAN! This business works when... YOU PRACTICE - You WILL fail, but it's part of the practice! - And know that EVERYONE has failed. Even the highest ups. Melissa Terrel (tippity-top, #1, in the company) tells us SHE has failed. She says that nobody comes into Premier has a star. She says, "I'm just a little shot that kept on shooting." KEEP SHOOTING, MY LITTLE SHOTS! This business works when... YOU CAN BALANCE - this business works when you work it. But learn how to work SMARTER, not harder. Treat it Like a BUSINESS Jane Says: If you stay in PD for the money, it'll never keep you in. Premier is about PURPOSE and ENRICHING OTHERS. But.... Hobbies COST you money. You need to treat Premier like a BUSINESS, NOT a hobby! Jane recommends a minumum 52 homeshows a year (one per week). Set goals. Have a gameplan! Successful attributes of a jeweler: - positive attitude - work ethic - BE TEACHABLE!! Vision board: create a board or display in your office area that reminds you of your goals and where you want to go! Have a mentor Fundamentals of Premier 1. Build Desire to book shows through enriching lives. - when you go in, make every girl feel special. Make this night about HER. And she WILL want more! :) 2. Build Desire to be the jewelry lady! 4. Hostess Coaching! - It's your job to help your hostess have hte best show she can! DO NOT ASSUME that becuase a girl has had a show before, that she knows what she's doing. REMIND HER. 5. Bracelet Nights & Shopportunities - Make sure you are sharing the business. (And Dave & Vickie do a GREAT job of helping with this! Make sure if they are in town, YOU are bringing OPs!) Be an Overcomer (By Missy Standefer - 2 diamond designer) It is NEVER too late to have a successful business. Overcome your enemies! Enemy #1 PROCRASTINATION - Every job has it's "bedpans". - MAKE TIME! You make time for the things you love. Do you LOVE Premier? - Get an accountability partner - Figure out how to do a homeshow. Watch others! Enemy #2 EXCUSES - Excuses are like rear ends. Everybody has one and some are bigger than others :) - Figure out what your default excuse is (time, lack of contacts, etc) and how to turn it around! - If your excuse is TIME, use the power hour. 1 hour, 3x per week. Enemy #3 STINKIN THINKIN! - Evaluate the way you think! - Stinkin thinkin WILL affect your downling - Attitude will affect your altitude - Give people GRACE - Put scriptures up! Enemy #4 LACK OF CONFIDENCE This is from ME: Girls! YOU are a divine creation! Created with SOMETHING SPECIAL to share with the world. PLEASE be confident in who you are!!! We love you! :) Enemy #5 PRIDE - Get out of the way and let God do what he's going to in your business. - If you are struggling, SAY SOMETHING! Chris, Brittany, Shannon... You are a blessings to this world, and to Jesus, and to me!!! TShirt Show Get 6 different tee shirts, of diffent colors, and drape 2 necklaces each on them! Then use them for your display & show. Use $4 shirst from Walmart! Cute Combination Jane Francis was wearing; Pebble Beach, Villa, and Chain Reaction. All short. She had on silver lace and a bunch of bracelets! CUTE. More Jane Francis When you know what you want, you don't make excuses! Watch her homeshow: JewelswithJane.com User: servingyou PW: servingyou She says, Give them a GOOD REASON to want a homeshow. Give it VALUE! She comes up with a combination of jewelry and then has a hostess read the script (show them how easy your job is!) YOU focus on planting hostess and jeweler seeds. She uses 3 Freedas (seen in her show). At checkout: "Did you get everything you wanted tonight?" (No) "Did you have fun?" (Yes) "Why don't we look at having a homeshow for you and getting the rest of that jewelry!... Is there any reason you woudn't want to have one?" [Overcome these objections] Women don't wear jewelry becuase they dont know how and they dont think they look like YOU. EMPOWER THEM! 2x2x2 by Belinda Ellesworth 2 days after the show, call the guests JUST TO SAY THANK YOU. 2 weeks later, do a customer care call ane make sure they got it, like it, everything works. 2 months later, call the same group. Offer a "customer favorite special" MAKE IT UP! (Maybe offer the matching bracelet or earrings to their necklace for 10% off?)
