A BAZILLION Reasons to Attend Regional Rally!!!

If you could see me now, you'd think I'd had way too much sugar today. Actually, I did have way too much sugar today, and am headed soon for a glass of strawberry milk... just don't tell my mom. Anyway, I'm SUPER EXCITED and totally hyper about the recent announcement of REGIONAL RALLY!!! It's COMING!

Last year I posted this blurb about regional rally. You should read it. It's short and sweet. Go ahead, I'll wait.

...

Ya done? I know. It says it all. Premier is AWESOME. It's a great way to support your family, and YOU GET OUT OF IT WHAT YOU PUT INTO IT. That means if you're not getting the results you want, quit making excuses and figure out HOW to get them! January is the PERFECT time for a Rally.  It's the new year, when we make all of our new resolutions, like losing this pregnancy weight... or getting my business jump started in this new town! And Rally is ALWAYS, 100% of the time, inspirational, educational, and a STINKIN' BLAST!

There ARE a bazillion reasons to go to rally. I'm not going to list them all for you, but you should know: You WILL LOVE IT. You WILL be inspired. You WILL get new ideas. And you WILL get to see the brand new spring & summer lines AND order them with an ADDITIONAL 30% off!!! In addition, for the second year in a row, Premier is hosting rally in WAY more locations so that it's feasible for everyone to attend. PLUS, Rally is even CHEAPER this year than it was last year! So. Mark your calendar. November 1: Register for Regional Rally.

We're Going to Disney!!!

The details for the disney trip are officially up! Make sure you go read them!! I am SO excited about this trip. In order to attend, you must be a DESIGNER with a minimum CV of 10,000 during the qualification period (now through March 29). Remember CV is wholesale - the amount you turn into Premier, so even your hostess half price items count toward that amount.  Your new jewelers you sign also count toward your CV! You earn 450 CV if they buy the silver package and 750 CV if they buy the gold package! So if you don't have ANY jewelers, and you sign the 7 you need to qualify for the trip, you're almost guaranteed to have at LEAST 3,000 CV (if they only buy silver) or 5,000 CV if they mostly buy gold! So. Set your goals, break them down by month, and you'll know what you need to do every month through March!

If you have your 7 jewelers and 10,000 CV, you qualify for Buy On. Which means you pay 1,200 for you and your spouse to go. Children under 3 are FREE an children/guests over 3 are only $100! After 10,000 CV, you start lowering the cost of your trip. The tracking sheet is a great way to print and track your progress! When you get to 20,000 CV, your trip (for you and your spouse/guest) is COMPLETELY FREE! :) And after that, you start earning SPENDING CASH!! You can do it! :)

Typical Me..

I love this quote by Eleanor Roosevelt. From what I know, she was a pretty awesome lady. I have a biography on her... but I haven't read it. Typical me.

I'm really good at a lot of things. Procrastination is probably close to the top of the list. I am REALLY good at making excuses for myself. "I'm too busy" or "I don't know where to start" or "I don't have anyone to call." I have probably come up with more excuses, at some point or another, than all of you combined. I'm good at excuses.

But you know what, I'm also good at doing. When I'm in the mood, I can rock Premier. Premier has been really great for me in May. It was my highest sales month I've had in a WHILE, plus Krystle and Connie joined us! But what I've realized is: that didn't just happen. Suddenly, I was in the mood to ask for shows, and had a little extra courage. I was motivated to do some extra advertisement, and make some extra phone calls. I did better about keeping up with my hostesses... and then I had less cancellations! Who would have thought!? :) And THEN. Vacation happened. I didn't do what I was supposed to, and you know what: I had TWO cancellations in June. I have had a hard time wanting to work instead of do other things.

Insert Krystle! If you guys don't know or haven't talked to Krystle lately. SHE IS AWESOME! She is just energetic and positive and REALLY hard working. And I am so proud of her! Tonight, she held a DOUBLE mystery hostess show (drawing TWO hostesses!), just so that she can walk on stage for her quick start at RALLY!!! GO KRYS! :)

I've been talking to her a lot, and just convicted of my own lackadaisical demeanor. And then I saw this quote:
BAM! That's all I needed. I have two choices! So... I got to work tonight. And I felt really good about it. And then I realized I haven't posted for you all in a while! (Procrastination at its best!). So I thought I would just come on here and say HEY! I'm here for you if you need me. If you need some motivation, or ideas to get started, or just wanna tell me how YOU have been rocking it, let me know! You can comment here or email me!

I love you girls SO much! Seriously, I am SO proud of my downline. Vickie and I are constantly talking about each one of you (seriously - that's not just faux-motivation talking) and how awesome you all are! PLEASE let me know if you need anything!

XOXO -
Your Premier Momma :)
